1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using LeagueHub ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"), including any associated websites, mobile applications, services, features, or content, you ("you," "your," or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LeagueHub.

2. Description of Services

LeagueHub is a League of Legends-focused community platform that provides:

• Community Features: User profiles, social networking, forums, and communication tools
• Gaming Services: In-house matches, tournaments, events, duo-finder, matchmaking, and leaderboards
• Educational Content: Coaching services, skill-building resources, and educational materials
• Digital Commerce: Virtual currency system ("Coins"), digital items, cosmetic titles, and premium memberships
• Interactive Features: Live streams, community challenges, and user-generated content

2.1 Virtual Currency and Digital Items

Our Platform features a virtual currency system called "Coins" that can be earned through Platform activities, community engagement, and participation in events. Coins can be used to:

• Purchase coaching sessions and educational services
• Buy cosmetic profile titles and customization items
• Access premium features and memberships
• Unlock additional Platform functionality
• Engage in community mini-games and interactive features

• No Cash Value: Coins cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any form of real-world currency under any circumstances
• No Transfers: Coins cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred to third parties, other users, or external platforms
• No Property Rights: Coins are a limited license to use a virtual feature and do not constitute personal property, financial instruments, or assets of any kind
• Platform Use Only: Coins exist solely within the LeagueHub ecosystem and have no value or function outside of this Platform
• No Obligation: LeagueHub has no obligation to exchange Coins for anything of value, whether now or in the future
• Forfeiture: Unused Coins will be forfeited upon account termination and have no residual value

2.2 Interactive Economy Features

LeagueHub may offer interactive economy features that allow users to engage with the virtual currency system in various ways, including but not limited to:

• Games of chance (coinflip, slots, or similar mechanics)
• User-to-user interactions involving virtual currency (trading, gifting, or competitive features)
• Community mini-games and entertainment commands (such as virtual "rob," "heist," or similar playful interactions)
• Risk-based activities where virtual currency may be won or lost
• Leaderboards and competitions with virtual currency rewards
• Daily rewards, streaks, and engagement-based coin distribution

By participating in these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No Real Value: LeagueHub Coins have absolutely no real-world monetary value. You cannot exchange, "cash out," sell, or transfer Coins for real money, cryptocurrency, or any other form of real-world value under any circumstances.
• Entertainment Only: All interactive economy features are provided purely for entertainment purposes within the LeagueHub community.
• Voluntary Participation: Participation in any risk-based features is entirely voluntary. You are solely responsible for any virtual currency lost through these activities.
• No Guarantee of Outcome: Games involving chance use random number generation. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or winnings.
• Not Gambling: Because Coins have no real-world value and cannot be cashed out, these features do not constitute gambling under applicable laws.

3. Riot Games Compliance

LeagueHub operates in compliance with Riot Games' Terms of Service and API Terms of Use. We explicitly acknowledge:

3.1 No Account Boosting or MMR Manipulation

• LeagueHub does not provide, facilitate, or endorse account boosting services
• All coaching services are educational and skill-building focused
• Users are prohibited from using our platform to arrange account sharing or boosting
• Matchmaking services connect users for legitimate gameplay, not rank manipulation

3.2 Educational Focus

• Our coaching services focus on skill development, game knowledge, and strategic understanding
• All educational content is designed to help users improve their own gameplay
• We do not guarantee rank improvements or competitive achievements
• Users maintain full responsibility for their own League of Legends accounts

3.3 Riot Games Independence

LeagueHub is an independent platform not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Riot Games, Inc. League of Legends is a trademark of Riot Games, Inc.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

4.1 Account Security and Discord Authentication

LeagueHub uses Discord OAuth for secure authentication. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Discord account used for LeagueHub access
• All activities that occur under your LeagueHub account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use through our Discord support system
• Ensuring your Discord profile information is accurate
• Maintaining access to your linked Discord account

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use our Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Upload or distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Impersonate others or provide false or misleading information
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures or terms
• Engage in or promote account boosting or MMR manipulation
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or virtual items to third parties

4.3 Content Standards

All user-generated content must:

• Comply with our community guidelines and standards
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Be appropriate for a general gaming audience
• Not contain spam, excessive self-promotion, or commercial solicitation

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments for Coins, memberships, and services are processed through Stripe and other secure payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of both LeagueHub and the applicable payment processor.

5.2 Refund Policy

• Digital Items: Sales of Coins and digital items are final and non-refundable once delivered
• Subscriptions: You can cancel subscriptions through your LeagueHub subscriptions page or through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Services: Coaching services may be refundable within 24 hours if unused, at our discretion
• Technical Issues: Refunds may be provided for technical failures preventing service delivery
• Refund Process: Request refunds through Discord support tickets or email support@leaguehub.gg

5.3 Pricing and Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect existing purchases but may apply to future transactions and subscription renewals.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 LeagueHub Content

All content, features, functionality, and materials on our Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, are owned by LeagueHub or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

By submitting content to our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with our services. You retain ownership of your original content but are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant this license.

6.3 Third-Party Content

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with a detailed notice.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Key principles include:

• We use Discord OAuth for authentication - we don't store passwords
• We collect only necessary information to provide our services
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• We comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• You can edit some profile information (bio, cosmetic titles, background images)

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our Platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Disclaimers

OUR PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAGUEHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeagueHub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of our Platform or services
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Your content or activities on our Platform
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any dispute between you and other users

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may request account termination by emailing support@leaguehub.gg or creating a Discord support ticket. Upon termination:

• Your access to our Platform will cease
• Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
• Support ticket logs can be deleted upon request
• Any unused Coins or digital items will be forfeited
• Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period (cancel separately through subscriptions page)

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or our community guidelines
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to our Platform, users, or reputation
• Extended periods of account inactivity

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease, and you must stop using our Platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

For any dispute arising from these Terms or our services:

1. Direct Communication: Contact our support team first to attempt resolution
2. Mediation: If direct resolution fails, we encourage mediation
3. Arbitration: Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration as permitted by law

11.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• For material changes, we will provide additional notice through email or Platform notifications
• Continued use of our Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeagueHub.
